The Southeastern Home Team is the team of Elite Mastery Level agents that are part of real estate transaction arm of the Southeastern Realty Group. The Home Team's name is taken from the company's roots, when in 2002 Amy Ransdell formed our agency under the name Southeastern Home Team.

The purpose of the Home Team was to provide the Atlanta market with a company well versed in the processing of short sales and the purchasing of REO properties. At that point in time, it was difficult to find an agency in the Atlanta area that could readily handle such transactions.

"Back then, short sales were relatively rare and REOs were frowned upon due to the nature of the transaction and the usual conditional of the properties. We were taking on these transactions before they became regular buzz words through the industry", said Team Leader Amy Ransdell.

Today, the Home Team is comprised of our Elite Mastery Level agents, each possessing many years of real estate experience. Our home team agents are full time, career agents. Utilizing the power of team, each agent has access to decades of real estate experience in a fast paced full-service real estate office. The principal broker and team leader are easily accessible, making real estate transactions run smoothly.
